OUR WRITTEN WARRANTY 

LABOR WARRANTY 

If a repair performed by Kremer Services fails within 24 months from the date of the invoice or  

24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, we will perform the repair again at no additional charge to you. 
 

** This warranty applies only to the original repair performed. Any additional parts or labor  

required that were not included in the original repair will be charged separately. 

PARTS WARRANTY 

If a part supplied and installed by Kremer Services is found to be defective within 24 months from the date of the invoice or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, we will replace the defective part at no additional charge. 

** This warranty does not apply to electronic components, which are covered solely by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. 
** We reserves the right to limit warranty coverage on certain parts and repairs to the terms and duration of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. 

EXCEPTIONS 

Alignment Services 

Vehicle alignment can be affected by road hazards, including potholes, curbs, and other impacts.  

Therefore, alignments are not covered under this warranty. 

If you are dissatisfied with your alignment service, please notify us within 7 days of the repair.  

We will reinspect the vehicle and make any necessary adjustments. 

Customer-Supplied Parts 

This warranty does not apply to parts supplied by the customer. Kremer Services assumes no  

responsibility for the quality, performance, or warranty coverage of customer-supplied parts. 

Boat Trailers 

Boat trailers operate in demanding marine environments and are routinely exposed to water, moisture, salt,  

and other corrosive conditions that can accelerate corrosion and component wear. As a result, repairs and parts installed on boat trailers are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of the invoice.
